Cancelation policy

if you booked a ticket online, the flight cancelation can only be done online. Thus, you can call the executive also to cancel the bookings.
While booking online, there are two options when choosing the flight refundable and non-refundable. The fare of refundable flights will be higher than the non-refundable.
The policy for non-refundable flight fares is USD 200 if canceled within 24 hours of booking. Instead, if the cancelation is processed after 24 hours, no refund will be processed, and the amount will be turned into points that can be redeemed for new bookings through emirates.
The payment will be processed into your account and will reflect in 7-10 business days.

Air Compensation & Refund Policy

Refund policy

Flights can be canceled or delayed for many reasons, like any service issue of the airline. Then, the passengers are eligible to get compensation from the airline. Hence, the airline informs before 14 days of the departure date. Traveling from/to Europe, you can avail yourself of the benefit. For canceled flight If your flight gets canceled 14 days before the scheduled departure date, you are eligible for compensation of $700. For delayed flight

Any flight which has been delayed by 3 hours or more, then you will be accommodated on another flight or will offer a refund of $700.
If you want to re-accommodate, you will be offered snacks and drinks until the next flight.
No compensation will be offered for any flight delay for bad weather.

Baggage Policy

Economy passengers are eligible for two bags with a weight of 20kgs.
